By registering an account, accessing our website at https://aajll.cam, or using any of our gaming services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of the Philippines.

1. Definitions and Interpretation

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account and use aajll services. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide valid identification will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

2.2 Jurisdiction and Legal Compliance

Our services are intended for players residing in the Philippines. You must be physically located within Philippine territory when accessing and using aajll services. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of aajll complies with all applicable local, provincial, and national laws and regulations.

2.3 Account Registration Process

To create an aajll account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, email address, and valid government-issued identification. You may only register one account per person. Multiple accounts by the same individual are strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.

2.4 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must immediately notify aajll of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

2.5 Verification Requirements

aajll reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to valid government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, postal ID), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete verification within the requested timeframe may be suspended or closed.

3. Deposits and Payment Methods

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

aajll accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other major Philippine banks), and other payment methods as displayed on our cashier page. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are specified on the deposit page and may vary by payment method.

3.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your account instantly. Bank transfers may take 15 minutes to 2 hours depending on the bank's processing time. aajll is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

3.3 Deposit Limits

Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings as part of our responsible gaming measures. Once set, these limits cannot be increased for a minimum of 72 hours. Requests to decrease limits take effect immediately.

3.4 Source of Funds

All deposits must originate from legitimate sources. aajll reserves the right to investigate the source of funds and may request additional documentation to verify the origin of deposited amounts. 4. Withdrawals and Payouts

4.1 Withdrawal Methods

Players may withdraw funds to GCash, PayMaya, or via bank transfer to Philippine bank accounts. Withdrawals must be made to payment methods registered under the Player's name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5-15 minutes during banking hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Philippine Time). Bank transfers may take 1-3 business days. Withdrawal requests submitted outside banking hours will be processed on the next business day.

4.3 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 500. Maximum daily withdrawal limits vary based on your VIP level: Bronze (PHP 50,000), Silver (PHP 100,000), Gold (PHP 200,000), Platinum (PHP 500,000), Diamond (PHP 1,000,000). Higher limits may be available upon request for VIP players.

4.4 Wagering Requirements

All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x turnover) before withdrawal. Bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements as stated in the bonus terms. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.

4.5 Verification Before Withdrawal

First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding PHP 50,000 require identity verification. You must submit valid government-issued identification and proof of payment method ownership. Verification typically takes 24-48 hours. Withdrawals will be processed only after successful verification.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

All bonuses offered by aajll are subject to specific terms and conditions as stated in each promotion's details. Bonuses are available only to eligible players and may be restricted by account status, deposit history, or VIP level. aajll reserves the right to exclude players from promotions at our sole discretion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses require a wagering requirement of 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount before withdrawal. For example, a PHP 1,000 bonus requires PHP 30,000 in total wagers. Different games contribute differently to wagering requirements: slots contribute 100%, table games contribute 10%, and live dealer games contribute 10%.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Players found abusing bonuses through strategies such as low-risk betting, opposite betting, or using multiple accounts will have all bonuses and associated winnings forfeited. aajll may close accounts engaged in bonus abuse without prior notice.

5.4 Maximum Bet with Active Bonus

When playing with an active bonus, the maximum bet per spin or hand is PHP 50. Bets exceeding this amount while a bonus is active may result in bonus forfeiture.

6. Gaming Rules and Conduct

6.1 Fair Play

All games on aajll use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) tested by independent laboratories to ensure fair and random outcomes. Game results cannot be manipulated by aajll or players. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes or exploit software vulnerabilities will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure: collusion with other players, use of automated betting systems or bots, use of VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions, offensive or abusive behavior toward other players or staff, fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes, and any activity that violates Philippine law.

6.3 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, all affected bets and payouts are void. aajll will investigate malfunctions and may refund bets at our discretion. We are not liable for losses resulting from software errors, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues beyond our control.

6.4 Betting Limits

Each game has minimum and maximum betting limits clearly displayed. aajll reserves the right to refuse bets or limit betting amounts for any player at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of suspected advantage play or irregular betting patterns.

7. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

13. Account Closure and Termination
